To cancel automatic renewal (cancel your membership), please complete the procedure on MY PAGE by midnight on the day before your next renewal date.
You can continue to use the service until the expiration date even after automatic renewal is stopped.
【年額会員】クレジットカード決済・d払い・auかんたん決済において、一度登録をすると自動継続課金となり、毎年の手続きは必要はありません。
※自動継続の停止(退会)は、次回更新日の前日24時までにMY PAGEよりお手続ください。
自動継続停止後も有効期限まではお使いいただけます。
ソフトバンクまとめて支払い・コンビニ決済で年額会員登録をされた方は、有効期限の1か月前よりMY PAGEより更新のお手続きが可能です。
