To cancel your membership, please go to "My Page" by the 20th of the month your membership expires. Please note that your membership will be automatically renewed after the expiration date. |
| Precautions | Membership is only available to residents of countries that can be selected on the credit card payment and membership information registration screen. If you live in Japan and mistakenly register as an "Overseas Member," or if you live overseas and mistakenly register as a "Domestic Member," you will not be able to change your membership course unless you cancel your current membership. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to provide a refund, and we will not be able to transfer your account information. If you already have Plus member ID and wish to register as an overseas member, your account may be registered as a Japanese domestic account. If you are unable to select a nationality other than Japanese during registration, please register again. • Once you have selected a membership plan, you cannot change it unless you cancel your membership. Please consider your options carefully before making your selection. Please note that some content, such as videos, will primarily be available in Japanese. Even if you have registered with the option to receive the bonus item, please note that if you have not registered the correct address, we will not be responsible for any undelivered items and will not be able to issue a refund.
